Working language will be English, This is project which brings together groups of young people from two or more countries, providing an opportunity to discuss and confront various themes regarding Street Workout, through diverse creative workshops, visits, debates, practical exercises, simulations etc.

This YOUTH EXCHANGE is NOT:

  • Exchange activities which aim to make financial profit

    1. Getting to know each other


    Breaking the ice, names, hopes & fears, are used to create a warm and positive atmosphere among the participants, group leaders and the local team in order to work together properly.

    2. Reflection groups


    Every day at the same time after the activities participants will be divided into groups to evaluate the day, the overall level of activities and give suggestions for changes, improvement of other issues. Participants will receive YE diary for individual reflection of their learning outcomes.

    3.Welcome evening


    Welcome evening will be hosted and created by group leaders.

    1. Official opening


    During the official opening, participants will be welcomed by all the group leaders, followed by presenting of each group

    2. Full technical details


    Participants will be informed about the venue, about useful places around: post office, ATM, ambulance; establishing rules and agreements

    3. Presentation of the program


    During this activity, overall aim, objectives and desirable outcomes will be presented to participants, along with the detailed explanation of the programme proposed

    4. Setting common ground rules


    Brain storming activity to agree on common rules for effective and efficient youth exchange

    5. Team building and group dynamic activities


    During this activity, participants will be introduced with basic principles of a team, team dynamics, team building and possible issues concerning working in a team. Exercise for trust building (Blindfolded leading and Our vehicle)

    6. Non-formal. Informal and Formal Learning


    With this brainstorming session is expected participants to understand what non-formal education is and be able to relate with YouthPass competences.

    7. Presentation of Youth Pass


    Presentation to introduce Youthpass and its competences as a tool for self-assessment of the learning process, introduce the key competences by means of a “learning-by-doing” activity.

    8. Reflection groups


    Every day at the same time after the activities participants will be divided into groups to evaluate the day, the overall level of activities and give suggestions for changes, improvement of other issues. Participants will receive YE diary for individual reflection of their learning outcomes.

    Flip chart brainstorming session for recognizing the benefits of SW and recognizing the barriers young people are facing.

    3. Active citizenship


    Active citizenship as a tool for overcoming barriers young people are facing. Work in small group for definition of active citizenship. After the presentation of definitions will follow exercise “On the ladder” Participants reflect on the meaning of youth participation and discuss ways of increasing their own participation in the local community

    Presentations for SW infrastructure from participant’s counters and dividing in teams for morning workshops.

    5. Reflection Groups


    Every day at the same time after the activities participants will be divided into groups to evaluate the day, the overall level of activities and give suggestions for changes, improvement of other issues. Participants will receive YE diary for individual reflection of their learning outcomes.

    1. Developing competences by promotion of SW and improving SW infrastructure


    Creative workshops for personal development of the participants. Young people involved in SW use videos, photos, and graphics to share knowledge, exercise and achievements. They will work in small mixed groups regarding their interest (photography, video, graphic design or AutoCAD, Maya3D,CorelDraw). On this workshops is expected participants to develop YouthPass Key Competences - Video - Photography - Graphic design Workshop for improving SW infrastructure: - AutoCAD, Maya3D, CorelDraw

    Meeting with responsible for youth and sport. Round table, discussion about support municipality gives to young people and NGO sector and the procedure for implementation of youth initiatives. Presenting the benefits from SW by the participants, giving materials from the workshops for improving SW infrastructure in the city and map of areas where can be placed.

    2. Visit Business Start-Up Centre and local NGO’s


    From this visit participants will get to know support they can receive from NGO sector in starting their business and in developing competences. Like trainings, seminars, volunteering, funds etc
